RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER EXTREME POOR SERVICE

I have signed up for there 5G for a month of R499, they where quick to deduct the money from my account. Then I had no service / signal at my house. For weeks I have been fighting and asking for assistance, eventually they came out and said I must ask for a refund because there is no service in my area, after they said there is. Now they want to refund me R32.16? What happened to the rest of my money. No service, no internet used? WORST SERVICE TO DATE STAY AWAY FROM RAIN
