Rain internet service provider

I have been a customer of Rain the internet service provider for over 1 year , this year I encountered an incident where I needed to do sim swop on one of the sim cards they load data on , got the sim it never worked since April 2024 , everytime I call they would say issue has been escalated and to date still no feedback, I can't use the sim for whatsapp or any app that needs to send OTP. Their service is pathetic
