Rain Internet Service Provider doesn't take they're customers serious!!!!
Hi on the 27th of June 2020 I bought a 5G sim card including router and Its the 7th of July and Ram hasn't delivered my goods and I had told them that I had lost my Identity document and drivers License but i had made an Affidavit specifying that and I had made a plan to get my temporary drivers and a 3 months Bank statement for proof of residents and RAM couriers has still not delivered and I have sent countless messages on their support team website and they haven't responded to me even now and I have paid them in full what do I do from here please Help!!!!

08 Jul 2020, 09:21Good morning Rain Internet Service has promised that an agent will be in contact with me and its been nearly 18 hours but no agent has been in contact with me I am running out of patience now! cause I have paid you guys in full if you are not going to assist me or authorize Ram Couriers to deliver my stuff with an Affidavit, bank statement and temporary drivers licence cause i lost all my documents withing 5 Hours please cancel my order and give me back my money I am tired of begging you to deliver for something I have paid for!!!!
