Rain Internet Service Provider debiting my account after cancellation

I cancelled my rain two months ago ( I spoke to an agent and she said they will cancel it and collect the router, the router is still at my house), the following month upon cancellation I had not been debited on my account, then on the 1st December 2021 I get debited for Rain again. They are really an unprofessional and pathetic service provider.
