Worst service provider I have ever dealt with. The advertised 'up to 10mbps' is a sales gimmick, you will be lucky if you get 2mbps. 90% of the time expect speeds of less that 1mbps. Support is non existent and will remain on hold until you give up, select sales and you will reach a consultant immediately. This speaks for itself. I say again, worst service provider.

Hi,

After the initial headaches and terrible service, Rain has reached out and offered a solution to the issues I have experienced. I must say that this does help tremendously.

I am monitoring the situation but thus far I am happy with the outcome and the efforts from Rain.

Thank you Rain for trying to resolve my problems and I trust that moving forward it will be a pleasant experience.
