RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER CON ARTISTS!!

DO NOT CONSIDER RAIN FOR YOUR INTERNET REQUIRMENTS!!!!! After missing the payment for my rain connection I requested assistance so that i could clarify and arrange payment in order to restore my connection as I am dependant on it to work from home. That was just after the 1st of August 2020. Its been a hole month and still no proper assistance. I had to go and research by myself and managed to make a payment to reconnect my internet. That was 5 days ago. I paid the full monthly price to get my connection back and now my internet has been disconnected again. 5 days for R480. I am going to take legal action against Rain as I will probably never hear from these ***ards.
