RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER CAUTION

Generally Rain is good. However, I have not been able to find a way to submit a request for cancellation. I have not been able to use the provider for at least two months and have been deactivated for two months, and yet they are still debiting my account. Their website has many questions and answers on how to get Rain, but when it comes to cancellation, nothing. That is really not being upfront with consumers.
