Rain Internet Service Provider

Ive been a Rain internet user for some time and started experiencing connectivity issues ,after contacting Rain to request and External CPE router to assist with the connectivity issues in my area I was told that Rain does not provide external CPE routers ,however My next door neighbor received one from Rain which resolved their issues ,I then contacted Rain to cancel My account as I could not use it in my area at the time as Rain wasn't prepared to assist me in getting my connectivity issues resolved ,a couple months later I managed to personally acquire an external CPE router knowing that it worked for my neighbor , On wanting to resume my contract with rain again I was shocked to find out that my account was never disabled and has accumulated a cost of more than R4000,Now I've incurred costs to source the required hardware personally to resolve my issues and now I cant enable my Rain account Until I pay my account that was never used in the last couple of months
