Rain (Internet) Service Provider

I asked Rain (Internet Provider) to cancel my contract months ago. I had to make one more payment through a payment link, which I did within a minute of receiving the payment link. Yet I still receive daily calls and sms from Rain wanting payment.

Absolute Useless Service Provider!!!

Hi,

I don't need you to contact me again PLEASE! I received about 10 calls the last 2 weeks, every time I have to explain the situation just to receiv another call 2 days later again!!

I also keep receiving daily sms between 7am and 8am, please stop this as well!

Just process the cancelation I requested months ago.
