Rain internet service provider

I think rain is a **** ....After the rep that called me checked and assured me that 5G is available in 26 scottstreet vanderbijlpark i paid R999 and received my modem...struggled with rains useless support and fin d out myself 5G is not available...and ordered 4G sim that doesnt work either.....I still waiting for my refund of R999 and cant find anyone who use rain in vanderbijlpark that works. What can i do ????? Helplesss in vanderbijlpark????
