Rain Internet Service Provider a ****

Please be warned rain internet service provider is not an internet service company but a ****. The company coverage system will tell you your area is covered, but as soon as you receive their 5g you find out your area is not even near any of their network coverage. I paid and received the 5g router yesterday when trying to activate my service I couldn't cos of non coverage. I sent their support department 3 tickets non of them were rep**** to, but when I was taking their service it didn't take them 20 minutes to respond to my questions, now that I've paid they ignoring my emails.
