RAIN Internet Service Provider

Good morning. Just a heads up in case you are deciding to use RAIN as a service provider. I purchased the highest speed product (for work purposes) just under a month ago. Upon receipt I wasn’t connected. I immediately made contact with them. They told me to give it 24hrs to let the sim kick in. 48 hrs came and went and they told me perhaps the towers weren’t working. 72 hrs, they told me to give it another 24 hrs. That’s when I instructed them to please give me my deposit back (which they had deducted within seconds of signing up) and come and collect their modem. I phoned them everyday since, eventually I got my deposit back after going through call centres based in India and South Africa, along with sending many, many emails, zero interest in solving the problem, they have just deducted more money from my account. I have everything recorded in writing if you want to see my frustration before you sign up with them.
