Rain Internet Service Provider

I signed up for Rain Internet a while back ,and things were great in the beginning , its been a few months now and i been having lost connection issues , then no connection issues. When i log on to see what tower i am connected to , its states i am logged on to a 4g tower but i am paying for 5g. This is fauls adverti*****t.

I have logged 2 calls ref ***5783 and still no response.

i have loss of income due to this.
