Rain Internet Service Provider :-(

I paid for the 5g ZTE router. The router was delivered by courier. After all, the recommended setting up the router didn't connect within the 24 hours connection period in the Randburg area. After 2/3 days the Technician was supposed to come and assist with the setup, he was scheduled but the Technician didn't show up. Then he calls to say he couldn't get a hold of me, only to find out the man had the wrong contact numbers and address. After several emails to express my situation Rain didn't come to connect the router, I proceeded to cancel the contract. The only plus is that they refunded my money.
