RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

I have been experiencing this slow internet response since last month and i have made a decision that i am cancelling this RAIN, regardless how many times i have complained Via chat, emails nothing has been done even to contact me.NO communication to us as subscribers to say what is happening and when will the problem be sorted,but debiting money from us its a priority.NOW we are on lock-down where we need Internet most to communicate with others but this will not happen. This gives them the opportunity to ignore us further re as we cant get hold of them, even if they can fix the problem i am gone.They are the worst internet service provider that i have ever used.
