Rain internet service provider

I have been billed twice, May and June for a sim that is not registered (RICA) and with zero 0Gb usage. I bought the SIM from Takealot and had to activate it online. I could NOT complete the Rica process because I could not find my ID book. Surprisingly the bill for March and April were R0. I have logged a query on the website a month ago since they are not taking calls but have only received a auto-reply message with reference: (**********). A month later, no one has even called to explain why I'm being charged for a sim that is not in use and is not even registered. :(
