Rain internet service provider

I signed up for 5g unlimited data package of R699. the router was delivered and never worked, tried calling and emailing without any success for assistance. Eventually they sent a courier to collect their router which never worked. I asked that they refund me my R699 but to this day nothing. People stay away from Rain their service is appalling.
