Rain internet service provider

I use rain now for almost a year the first few months was fine but now their services become a headache.They don't care about their customers and don't solves a problem.This services is pathetic and sometimes there's not any services. I experience a very low internet speed on a daily basis. You cannot even download or do a update it takes ages to do. Watching Videos or FB it lags and video's stuttering so must its so frustrating.The payment a month for this service is a budget amount but not worthy keep paying this anymore. Becareful to use Rain internet provider they don't keep by their promises or care about their customers.
