Rain internet service provider

Rain are the most cruelty and heartless organisation who are there to reap off people's hard earned money, them and Status Mark Property rentals management are in the same WhatsApp group.I cancelled my Rain account and engaged another service provider and never used their router again, 4 months later they stole R 2000.00 from my bank acc which I intended to use for rental payment, I called them and as always.... we have escalated the matter with management, it's now 7 months and nobody cares I even went to the extent of contacting my Bank Wich failed to assist me.
