RAIN internet service provider

I have written a review and was contacted by RAIN. The person that called me was: Sibonelo Sindane <***>. He promised to keep me in the loop as to the fixing of two towers in Lephalale. After more than a week has passed no cantact was made. I still have very bad bandwith while I have 5 bars on my router.

I sent Sibonelo a follow up email which has not been answered after 2 days.

I would like to know what RAIN is doing about the bad service I am getting as welle as the fixing of both towers in my area.

On the "Ellisras saampraat" facebook page one encounters complaints about RAIN service, or lack thereoff on a regularly basis.

Please help to fix my problem! I am at a loss as to the reason for bad assistance by consultants of RAIN
