Rain Internet Service Provider

Good day,

I would like to know why are we getting a RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER slow / poor network reception in our area (Evander, Mpumalanga)? We have been patient enough, hoping that we will get to be noticed and fix the problem. It is almost a year now, we got this contract, but the problem persist.

Can we get help in this regard.
