Rain internet service non existant

Shocking service from rain. I have a 4g line that states up to 10 mbps download speed, but i get 0.2 mbps out of it. For the past 2 months this rain wifi has been more off than it has been on. I constantly get a message on my phone that says no internet connection.

I dont see rain making it to 2021 if this is how they do bussiness. From March to october i experienced no problems and all of a sudden all this happens
