Rain Internet Service - money debited from my account for a terminated contract

I ended my contract with Rain in February 2021 and have returned their 5g Router. I'm still being debited from my account till today.

When I tried contacting thier support team they simply ignored my query. I have asked them to refund but they keep ignoring this request. Rain offers bad service when you to end a contract with them. You can't call them, you have to send an email and wait forever to get a response. Not that it would be helpful anyway.
