Rain internet service-less service.

This is NOT a cheap service. I do not have a big salary. But I am not even getting the service im paying for. It takes a lot of airtime and hours to finally get through to customer support. And most of the time, they just end the call at random without solvingthe problem. Im not getting any internet but I am still paying for something that im not getting.

I need to speak to someone higher up. I need to speak to the head of Rain. The next time I need to call customer support, it will be to cancel my subscription.

This is unacceptable
