Rain internet service is worst in SA!!

This is the third time debit goes off but my account shows arrears. Tried calling contact centre with very poor service they working from home and is not willing to assist. As seen on my profile there is a invoice for Oct but nothing for Nov but premium went off!! Poor service very dissapointed!! Please beware
