Rain internet service is useless
I dnt understand y this company has a support centre ,ppl working there r clueless thyr all good @ asking if the SIM was inserted correctly as if thy are the 1st ppl 2 cum up with a device that requires inserting of a sim ,it's been a full week since I last had internet from rain when u call them it's like u call retirement centre tht deals nothing with the internet clueless bunch, I'm cancelling this **** I can't be paying n dealing with such horrible service voetsek ,I wonder if Celeste Ntuli know that she's endorsing a joke of a company 😔😔oh I almost 4got she's also a comedian,1 of these idiots is Mbalenhle G useless

20 Nov 2021, 12:52It took u guys a week and a msg to hello Peter to reply me wow👏 (clap 1ns) all of a sudden u guys wanna cum 2 my address 😒😒if this was part of ur customer service thn y ddnt Mohammed, Thabsile Thwala and Mbalenhle G asked if they could send field agents instead they decided 2 ignore my emails. I'm very disappointed n disgusted with ur service shame ,4 a company that I 1ns rated highly u should do something very fast 2 training ur ppl thoroughly. There were only 2 agents tht tried to help,Buyi n the other male agent maybe because thy understand the term "Customer service" or because thy love thyr job bt the rest wer as useless as a ZTE 5G RAIN ROUTER AND A 5G RAIN SIM THAT DOESN'T HAVE INTERNET. I don't know how u going to sort this bt if u really value ur customers this matter was going to be sorted.

25 Nov 2021, 11:47I'm pleased to tell u that I got the SIM and it's working ok so far, going forward I think as a company u guys should have a refresher program on how the system works n on how to customer service works(I'm not saying this in a bad way) ,like I said in my 1st complain I used to rate this company HIGHLY 2 a point that u guys have clients tht I recruited so I'd hate seeing such a reputable company drop because of those 2 factors .I hope the next time I right a review about u guys on hellopeter will b nothing but roses.
