Rain Internet Service is Poor

I have had no connection since last week Thursday, 18 November 2021. I was told there is an issue with the tower I am connected to and till this day that issue has not been resolved. It puzzles me because they demand their money but the service is very poor, I cannot keep paying for a service I do not receive. Another issue is that their turn around time for solving queries is very unprofessional and inconsistent. I need urgent assistance.
