Rain Internet Service is failing some of us!

Hello

i have logged a call to get my router fixed but guess what_ now i am approaching 2 months as they have been saying we will reschedule for a technician to come and fix the router- i am paying my subscription every month and my internet speed is on 0.09 MBPS- This is unprofessional because i have to buy data on the side to attend my church service and late meeting_Normally i am streaming TV but i had to re-activate my DSTV because rain service aint reliable if you have been with them for a very long time :-(

Hello -

i am available #Sunday - any Sunday!

i am currently working 6 days a week Monday to Saturday.
Time 8am - 5pm then i have to travel back to Pretoria - from Sandton its about "1hr trip".
i did avail my self twice where i took day off's and you technician never came - so i have run out of days, an i will NOT take any of my days so that your technician can tell me stories

- you technician will call me on whatsapp where else he is coming to fix my internet (How am i connected with?

- 2nd technician said he is knocking off and cant peach
