Rain internet service is down in Ga-rankuwa.

I am on an unlimited package and paying about R999.00 a month ahead. i stay in ga-rankuwa and since Saturday ( 10th Dec ) evening there has been any service and has called support since Monday until today Thursday, still no service and get the same feedback ( "we are aware of your issue please try to move around the house or yard to get a good reception since the nearest base station is down") from their support in India.

This is a very bad service that the company needs to take serious. we are paying for basically nothing.....
