Rain internet service is bad. The service is bad. You only communicate via email. They will take your money without your authorization

I signed up for 250 package for over three months I was charged about 500. Iv made a quiry instead of resolving the matter and repay me they money I paid for service that I did not receive. They upgraded my package on the 14th August 2021 month end they too a large amount of money without my authorization. Still I don't I understand that why the allowance service provider to take money without the account owner authorization OTP or someonething. I don't have contract with Rain. I don't owe any cent. I didn't not sign up for debit order or for them to take money from my account.
