RAIN INTERNET SERVICE IS A **** !!!!!!!!!

The service that Rain internet provides is beyond pathetic. I am now down to my 3rd and final written warning at work as my internet keeps getting disconnected although all payments are on point and up to date. I have received better service from the government than service from Rain. They dont call back and have me holding on the line for long periods of time and still get no assistance. If i do eventually get through to someone, they will tell me that theres nothing that they can do from their department. Now i am in very deep trouble at work and my child is having difficulties to connect to school lessons. This has been going on for a while now. I feel like i'm being ****med big time. I have recomended many people to get Rain Wifi since they had good deals but none of them are happy with the service. All Rain will reply, if ever, is "we are sorry bla bla bla" Definately cancelling and do everything in my power to expose them. I heading to all social media to burn Rain down. I will take it to the National Consumer Commition as well. *****ing from people is never a good thing.
