Rain internet service is ****

I have been ****med R649 by rain network service provider, they put me on a promise to pay status when in actual fact I’m on an up to date status, when I ask for a refund they refusing and they also refusing to connect my device to the internet instead they want to double bill me that time not even in arrears this company is one hell of a ****….. I’m so ****ed off bad customer service worst of all they just responding with their stupid automated chatbot that’s not even accurate
