Rain Internet Service - Horrible service

I had a horrible service from Rain Data Internet Service Provider. Their website has no number that you can call to try have connection problems resolved. I had my sim card locked at the beginning of June 2020. The data sim card required a pin to unlock. I could not find a number to call Rain Data. I sent an email to Rain Data and got no reply the whole month of June despite having paid the uncapped internet service. My money down the drain. I then cancelled the service before beginning of July and got an email confirming the cancellation. To my surprise I have been billed at the beginning of August for R479 uncapped internet data. I called my bank and they told me they cannot stop the payment. That is 2 payment for zero service provided. Please help.
