Rain internet **** service

There customer service is terrible, I have reported many occasions that I have no internet or very slow speeds , they always say that they will fix it but to no avail . They say a technical supervisor or technician will call me but no one ever does , I have told them that I think that my router is faulty , they say that they will send someone out to asses is but don't , I pay for 5g 60mb line but am lucky if I get 15mb , allot of the time I get only 4g with 15 my line , when I confront them they say I do get internet and use it , we're I tell them that I am not getting the service that I pay for one of them told me not there problem , they do not stay true to there word or there service, pretty sure they are *********** clients left right and center ,they don't care about the code of conduct or ethics probably *******ed aswel , I never use to have a problem with them and told plenty of people that there service was good but don't do that anymore 9 months of he'll .l was a happy client for many years even had two sim card those are in the trash now , I will happily remove this review when they replace my router . But will repost this review weekly until then
