Rain internet service

Do not get Rain internet service. The worst service. Get excuse after excuse and no sucsess. Very disappointed and disgusted with Rain. First 5 months i had rain it was great. Now no signal for over a month, after numerous calls and emails no sucsess. You just get told to change the apn settings, reboot, move you router to a window closest to the tower or put the simcatd in a different 4G device or laptop. I know of 7 other clients that also got rain in my neighborhood with no sucsess either. If asked if they can send out a technician they say its simply to far out and there is no technician in your area. I stay next to "Groenpunt correctional services Prison" like i said my internet worked fine for 5 months, now it only workes between "Deneysville" to "Veekraal" on the R716 Road in the free state from "Veekraal towards the " Groenpunt prison" and there after towards vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging there is no signal. If you are in this area and thinking of getting rain internet service....Don't!!!! You will be paying for a service that doesn't work and have excuse after excuse!
