RAIN Internet Service - Don't Waste Your Time

I signed up for Rain almost 2 years ago and the service was mediocre to say the least but was enough to get us by. I am on the uncapped option @ R479 / month. We recently moved home but in the same building but now I cannot even get 0.50 mbps speeds which makes it impossible to work from home or use any other devices. I have made numerous requests from Rain but the common responses is to move the router closer to the window for better service....... non of that stuff works and eventually they make excuses about the high traffic and basically no solution is supp****. Rain connectivity is terrible to say the least and definitely not worth the money I spend on a monthly basis. I am disgusted by the speed and connectivity I receive today.
