RAIN INTERNET SERVICE - DEDUCTED WITHOUT MY CONSENT

I was a client of RAIN id ***, this was caneclled two months ago, today the 25.03.2022 they double debited my account with R998.00 which i did not consent to. I have called them today the 25.03.2022 to ask why they debited me and to refund my maoney, they totally refuse to help, i spoke to a lady , she said she will escalate this and let me know,I have not received any reply regarding this matter,also i cannot reverse the debit order as they deducted the amount as a card purchase, They are so *********** and unprofessional. Please can you kindly assist in getting my money back.
