rain internet service: DAY SIX OF WRONGFUL DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT

Today marks DAY SIX (6) of rain not reimbursing money they stole from my account!!!

After they processed an illegitimate and erroneous debit order on my account, which they've clearly and explicitly noted was wrongly done AFTER I had cancelled with them, rain is STILL not paying me my money.

I spoke to an agent named Lesedi on Friday 5th March '21 and she said it would take 7-10 WORKING DAYS for rain to return my money. I FLAT-OUT REFUSED to be forced to wait 7-10 working days!!!! Lesedi said she's speak to their financial department and potentially have an immediate transfer processed - WHICH I'M AWARE IS FULLY POSSIBLE!!!! I will not wait for *********** rain to do as they please. I have been patient with rain for FAR too long and cannot be patient any longer because they clearly take paying customers for idiots. rain - PAY BACK THE MONEY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!!!!
