RAIN INTERNET SERVICE

once again I need to complain about RAIN INTERNET SERVICE,

phone RAIN 3 times today and have people trying to assist you that barley can speak proper English, then the lady told me that the closet tower to me is under construction but 5min in the call later she says that all towers in my area works properly.

I've been told by three people that the towers in my area is working, but yet i cant even connect properly to their service on a simple Samsung phone.

utterly useless service from them as to pay R529 a month for service, if there are any interment service available, and the plains that comes over my house make it worse.

its either a green light, green/yellow or green and blue light that is on the router, and now they say that the towers is working 100%, ja right.

while typing this now, I lost internet 2 times, what a wonderful service provider you are RAIN
