Rain Internet Service Bad service and lies

Odder rain and paid on the 4th of May, we changed our service provider to rain, we noticed that our contact number we gave was wrong. We corrected it immediately and phoned rain to confirm that they noticed that our number was changed. They acknowledged that they could see its changed. And will let logistics department will do the changes and notify the courier company about the change. After this call we phoned Rain more than 8 times, they told us that the change was made and the problem must be at the courier company. And that they have escalated it to logistics and that the problem is solved. Well they told us that lie 4 times and the same story over and over. Today I got hold of the courier company and was told no email or communication was made regarding these changes. And the courier company only changed it today. After the call I phoned Rain and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor because 4 different consultants told me that the issue is sorted and is escalated to logistics. Well its clear that none of these consultants did the work they get paid to do. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVERE RECIEVED FROM A SERVICE PROVIDER DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the worst of all we had to buy data to do our work that cost us so much more and that we had to pay worker to sit at the delivery address if they decide to deliver for 2 weeks plus... O and we are still waiting for a call back from rain for more than 3 hours , BAD BAD BAD
