RAIN internet service and support is NON existent

I have the 4G unlimited use account which I have been using for over a year. Where I stay there is no fibre or ADSL. The download speed is absolutely horrible. On a good day I get 0.09mbps which cannot even be used for static websites. I am not even able to open up the RAIN website with the RAIN connection as it just loads forever and then bombs out. Getting support from RAIN is impossible. RAIN can kiss my money goodbye as I am rather opting to go sign a contract with a real Internet provider that delivers.
