Rain Internet service and network speed useless

Been with Rain since mid 2019. The first 3 months was ok with R250 19 hour R250 per month deal. Upgraded to R479 Unlimited deal. Service and internet speed pathetic. Logged several calls about internet speed and get stupid excuses like load shedding issues and towers run off batteries when there is no loadshedding. Unable to even load static webpages. Download speed 0.10 mbps when tested. There is no fibre in my area so Rain was an option. Customer service pathetic as logging complaints is useless.
