RAIN Internet Service

I have reporyed the following on 29 July 2020.

I am staying 270m from one of the towers Rain is using for coverage, however my signal strength througout the day keep on jumping between 500kbs to 0mbs. There is no constant signal strength. This is almost the not even the speed of EDGE. Rain is supposed to run on 4G. There are no helpdesk telephone numbers and all issues have to be done via email of which there is no to little response. They are quick to deduct money but do not have any support system in place. How can Rain keep on advertising everywhere but offer no support and their signal strenght is by far the worst I have ever experienced. How can anyone pay for a service they are not getting.

Then they responded the same day with the following:

Please note I will be sending the issue through to our respective Network team - and they will respond to me within 24 working hours - I will then be in communication with you as soon as I do receive a response from them.

Apologies for the delay once again, I will keep you informed and updated as soon as I do have a response from our network team.

Today is 26 August 2020 and since my initial reporting RAIN on Hello Peter, they have not resolved this issue. RAIN also have not contacted me after their response to my posting and did no follow up on my numerous emails in this regard to date to them.

How can this company keep on doing bussiness if there is no support nor any contact centre to resolve issues like this.
