Rain Internet service.

It was not all doom and gloom with Rain. I recieved my sim in quick time via courier. The problem started when I used it for the 1st time. My d/load speeds were from 1 to 5 MBPS. I complained to them at least 5 or 6 times. I then received a New router and external antenna from them free of charge. Woohoo, my speeds immediately jumped to 40/ 50 MBPS. Then just as Lock down started the speeds droped back to what they were before. I cannot get hold of anyone to sort this out. The help that did get was I was told to reboot my router which I did to no avail. I cannot even stream without buffering taking place. And d/loading is a night mare.
