RAIN Internet service

Numerous times reported my broken modem. Always get a ticket number. No response. I want to cancel my contract and NO RESPONSE. After my review on Hallo Peter a Rain consultant called me and said she will mail me a cancellation form. One week later NOT A SINGLE WORD OR MAIL.
