Rain internet service

Good day I have signed up for rain in October I paid them no internet service at all try phone them no awnser send a ticket no awnser. On the 25 I was send a msg account in arrears paid them again and up untill today no internet. Phoned again they don't answer. Sent a ticket no replies on emails. Bad service overall.
