Rain Internet Service

Ive signed up and paid on 28 September 2022. Been told that sim and router will be delivered within 5 working days. To date I have not received the same. Logged 2 queries and the feedback was that this has been escalated to the logistics department. I have had no further feedback. Service is appalling. I wouldnt even give 1 star as a rating.
