Rain internet service

I'm from the eastern cape where our rain tower has been down for 2 months now everytime you call them about it they say that the problem is being attended to or that the tower is fixed which it is not. I have phoned countless times to ask them why I should pay for a service I am not getting and they keep on telling me that they will take my complaint to the billing department and call me back I am still waiting for their call. I would not recommend anybody use this service it's the worst company with the worst service
