Rain internet service

We bought the Rain SIM in December and the internet connection itself has been bad from the get go. It got worse shortly before the lockdown. We’ve been offline since the 1st of April because the debut order didn’t go through if which we paid immediately. We have emailed and tried to follow up with Rain to no response. We messaged them on Facebook, we got an automated response asking for contact details and home address, which we gave but then complete silence again. This honestly been the worst service provider.
