Rain internet service.

I bought a rain simcard and I paid R479/month for the uncapped package. I am trying to Rica my simcard for days now without success. I tried the online Rica but did not work. I emailed rain because they don't have a service center contact number. A few days has wasted already of my contract now and no 1 has contacted me. I sent 4 emails already and no joy. Very poor start with rain.
